Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Premium subscriptions on Easy QR Maker, operated by Easy QR Maker. The free plan has no charge and therefore no refund.

How to cancel

You may cancel a Premium subscription at any time by emailing samxhoudhary@gmail.com from the account email, or from account settings when self-serve cancel is available. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Premium features until the end of the period already paid. We do not keep your card on our servers; cancellation with the payment partner (for example Razorpay) may also be required if a mandate exists.

Refunds (30 days on first purchase)

If you are not satisfied with a first-time Premium purchase, request a refund within 30 days of the original payment. Email samxhoudhary@gmail.com with your registered email, payment id / order id, and reason. We will confirm and instruct the payment partner to reverse the charge to the original method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval (bank timelines may be longer).

What is not refundable

• Renewal payments after the first 30-day window, except where we caused a billing error or the service was unavailable for a material period.
• Partial months after you have used Premium features in that cycle, except as required by consumer law.
• Free-plan usage (there is no fee to refund).

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a renewal fails, Premium may revert to the free plan. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we investigate. Please write to us before disputing a charge so we can resolve it.
