This Privacy Policy explains how Easy QR Maker (“we”, “us”), operating Easy QR Maker at https://easyqrmaker.online, collects, uses, and protects personal information. We use data to provide the QR generator, save your codes if you have an account, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support, meet legal obligations, and (only with cookie consent where required) understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal information.
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, where required by law, and with consent for non-essential cookies/analytics.
We share data with service providers who help us run the site: hosting, email delivery, Google (sign-in and optional Analytics), and payment processors such as Razorpay. They may only use data to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by Indian law, a court, or to protect users.
Data is stored on servers with HTTPS in transit. We use access controls, session security, and rate limits. No online service is 100% secure. You are responsible for the content encoded in QR codes you publish.
Account and saved QR data is kept while your account is active. Guest-generated codes may not be stored long-term. Payment records are kept as required under tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are kept to handle support. You may request deletion of your account from the dashboard or by emailing us.

This service is intended for users 18 years and older (or with a parent/guardian if local law allows earlier use of similar tools). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
