These Terms govern use of Easy QR Maker (the “Service”) operated by Easy QR Maker. By using the website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Easy QR Maker is an online tool to create static and, on paid plans, dynamic QR codes for personal or business use (websites, Wi‑Fi, vCard, UPI payee strings you provide, and similar). We provide software. We are not a bank, payment aggregator, or UPI app. We do not hold your money or process UPI settlements. Payment QR codes only encode information you enter (such as a UPI ID).
You must be legally able to enter a contract in India (typically 18+). You are responsible for activity on your account. Sign-in may use Google OAuth. Keep your Google account secure.
You may not use the Service to create QR codes that:
You are solely responsible for the payload of every QR code you generate and for any printed or shared copies.
The free plan has usage limits published on the Pricing page. Premium is a paid subscription. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). GST or other taxes may apply as required by law and will be shown or collected at checkout when we enable paid billing. Payments are processed by a licensed payment partner (such as Razorpay). Subscriptions renew until you cancel. See Refund and Cancellation.
The website, branding, and software are owned by Easy QR Maker. You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to operate the Service. QR codes you generate for lawful content may be used by you for your own purposes.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, that every scanner will read every code in every lighting condition, or that third-party apps (WhatsApp, UPI apps, maps) will always honour a payload. Test codes before printing at scale.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Easy QR Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for a paid subscription is limited to the fees you paid us for that subscription in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive. You may delete your account from the dashboard. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
