You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this service for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to create QR codes for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
You are solely responsible for the content of QR codes you create. You may not create QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, illegal content, or any content that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Premium features are available through paid subscription. Payment is processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Easy QR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
